Buy The Sims 2 Happy Holiday Stuff Pack Now

We have many Sims 2 expansion packs for our Mac, and nearly all of them have given us problems on installation. “Holiday” is no exception.
For us, following the standard method resulted in the message “An internal error has occurred. You will not be able to install this software.” Real encouraging.
The Solution (from [...] tech support):
“As far as we have seen, this is the only expansion pack or stuff pack that has this problem. It is possible to get the Happy Holidays stuff pack to install if you actually drag the installer icon from the disc to your desktop and launch it from the desktop.”
So we dragged the installer from the CD to our hard drive, double clicked on it and then it worked.
Their posted solution is over two years old. Too bad they can’t fix their installer, or at least update their documentation with this tip.
Hope this helps.

I have all EPs up to Bon Voyage, this is my first SP.
Santa came to visit, left a gift, told jokes with my Sim, it was cool.
Unless you really want to decorate or have a holiday-themed party,
you may be a little disappointed with this SP.
This may be my one and only SP purchase.
Well, not only am I addicted to decorating for all holidays, but I’m addicted to the SIMS. And with this you just combined the two together to make me REALLY happy. My only complaint is there’s way more Xmas stuff than all the other holidays combined. I want to create my SIMS Haunted House!
It is one of the few extra packs that i like from Sims2. More when you can make Santa visit your house and he give you presents. The extra stuff for the game worth the money that you spend, more than other of the extra packs for the game.
