i got to say that this was the biggest waste of my money. this thing is impossible to assemble unless you have some technical know how. the faceplate is somewhat straight forward if you pull some instructions up on youtube but i didnt even attempt put on the backing. you have to peel off the flat wires connecting the screen to the motherboard and it just wasnt worth the risk after the trouble i had with the faceplate. now as far as service goes i have to say i was very impressed. when i received the cash it had a big gash on the screen. i emailed the seller and got a response only a few hours later. the seller quickly and promptly sent me a replacement screen free of charge without any hassle. so feel free to buy anything from this dealer cause they are good, but i dont recommend this case
